Alain mainguy, hc, college bourget
2018 Speaker Bio:
Coach Mainguy is a teacher and Head Coach of the JV program at College Bourget in Rigaud Quebec.
A graduate of the Universite Laval in Quebec City, Coach Mainguy was one of the original players to suit up for the highly successful Rouge et Or football program.
Following his playing career, Coach Mainguy worked his way through the RESQ coaching ranks in minor, high school and CEGEP programs before accepting the OL coach position at the Universite de Montreal.
Following his stint at U de M, Coach Mainguy accepted the position of OL Coach and Academic Co-Ordinator at McGill University, one of Canada's most prestigious schools, and the oldest collegiate football program in the country.
Coach Mainguy has on several occasions represented the Province of Quebec at the Football Canada Cup, and Canada at the International Bowl.
He resides in the Montreal Area with his family.
